Chief Operating Officer of Corpus Christi Water Nick Winkelmann presented information on the following topics: Barney Davis Power Plant; and considerations from CPS Energy. City Manager Peter Zanoni, COO Winkelmann, and Director of Intergovernmental Relations Ryan Skrobarczyk responded to Council questions. Mayor Guajardo opened public comment. Jordan Furnans, Round Rock, TX, spoke. Mayor Guajardo closed public comment. Council Member Paxson moved to approve the motion, seconded by Council Member Vaughn.
