Mayor Guajardo referred to Item 18. Mayor Guajardo opened the public hearing. Carl Badalich, 102 West Palm Beach, expressed concern about putting a trailer park on the beach because it decreases the property value. Mayor Guajardo closed the public hearing. There were no comments from the Council. Council Member Suckley moved to approve the ordinance, seconded by Council Member Roy. This Ordinance was passed on first reading and approved with the following vote:
