City of Albuquerque, CV-2009-12441, Liability No. 09-02023-01-28 Pete Marquez and Jennifer Marquez v. City of Albuquerque, CIV-10-784 MCA/WDS, Liability No. 09-0257-01-22 The Agreement is for a total of Fifty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($55,000.00) and is based on Butt, Thornton & Baehr's estimate. Page Two: EC Memorandum Butt, Thornton & Baehr Council approval is required pursuant to §5-5-19, Approval of Purchases, ROA 1994 of the City's Public Purchases Ordinance. I am forwarding this Agreement for your consideration and action. Staff will be available to respond to questions at the appropriate hearings.
