Title Director of Healthcare Operations Report - Burke Body FQHC Healthcare Operations Metrics Dashboard See attached. New Client Wait List General Medicine: As of May 20, 2026, there are 470 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 438 adults and 32 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers: * Belvidere Medical Building: 64% * Midlakes: 19% * North Chicago: 10% * Zion: 7% The general medicine new client wait list has decreased by 269 individuals since the May 19, 2026 report to Governing Council. There are currently 56 new patient appointment slots/week. Dental: As of May 20, 2026, there are 192 individuals on our dental new client waitlist, 127 adults and 65 pediatrics. Behavioral Health (Psychiatry): Adult: As of May 26, 2026, there is no wait list for psychiatry appointments. Child and Adolescent (CABS): As of May 26, 2026, there are 50 individuals on the new client waitlist. The CABS waitlist has increased by 3 individuals since the May 19, 2026, report to Governing Council. CABS Screening, Assessment and Support Services (SASS) clients are given priority for appointments and not placed on a waitlist. Staffing Update Open positions: * General Medicine/Women's Health APRN/MD/DO: 10 * FQHC Psychiatrist/APRN: 5 * Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Psychiatrist/APRN: 2 North Shore Health Center (NSHC) Update The Change in Scope to remove the NSHC has been submitted to HRSA.
