The applicant first submitted on November 4th, 2025. Five subsequent reviews have taken place by the Technical Review Committee inclusive of the City's third party reviewer, Mead and Hunt. The applicant is meeting the requirements of the Parktowne Industrial IPUD Agreement, the Comprehensive Plan, and Land Development Code.
