A motion was made by Mr. Hatcher, second by Mr. Duane, to approve VA-2503 with the following conditions: to allow a South-side setback of ten feet; to add a variance for a 35 foot setback in leu of a 40 foot front setback; and the remaining items two, three, and four as written. was APPROVED by the following vote:
