The agreements provide the Town with access to pre-qualified debris removal and monitoring contractors through the County's procurement process and clarify debris collection responsibilities between the County and municipalities to avoid duplication of services. Commission approval will strengthen emergency response coordination, streamline debris operations, and support eligibility for FEMA reimbursement. End Recommendation: Staff recommends approval.
