Title PUBLIC MEETING - MINOR DESIGN REVIEW FOR AN EXPANSION OF THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM AT 1835 W STEELE LN; FILE NO. PLN25-0482 BACKGROUND: Minor Design Review for construction of a 7,272 square-foot, two-story museum building featuring expanded exhibit space, classrooms, administrative offices, and storage, along with a new 336-square-foot maker space building. The project also includes plaza entry improvements, enhanced ADA-accessible parking, and new outdoor design and landscaping features. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). PROJECT PLANNER: Hana Michaelson RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Department that the Zoning Administrator, by resolution, approve a Minor Design Review for the Sonoma County Museum Expansion project located at 1835 W Steele Lane.
