Title Ordinance amending the Planning Code and Zoning Map to establish the 2245 Post Street Special Use District; making findings under the California Environmental Quality Act; making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; and making findings of public necessity, convenience, and welfare pursuant to Planning Code, Section 302. Version (Version 3) Amendment (March 9, 2026 - AMENDED IN COMMITTEE, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING A NEW TITLE, on Page 1, Lines 3-8, to read 'Ordinance amending the Planning Code and Zoning Map to establish the 2245 Post Street Special Use District; making findings under the California Environmental Quality Act; making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; and making findings of public necessity, convenience, and welfare pursuant to Planning Code, Section 302.'; on Page 1, Lines 17-21, by striking 'The Planning Department has determined that the actions contemplated in this ordinance comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (California Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq.). Said determination is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in File No. 251144 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Board of Supervisors affirms this determination.'; and on Page 1, Line 21, through Page 3, Line 3, by making findings that that no substantial changes are proposed in the Project and no substantial changes have occurred with respect to the circumstances under which this Project will be undertaken that would cause new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified effects, and there is no new information of substantial importance showing that the Project would have any significant effects not discussed in the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration, that significant effects would be substantially more severe, or that new or different mitigation measures or alternatives would substantially reduce one or more significant effects of the Project.)
