Summary

Resolution approving the agreement between the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board’s member agencies (City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County Transit District, and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority) regarding the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board’s fiscal obligations to California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), effective upon execution of the agreement by all member agencies; and authorizing the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Director of Transportation to execute the agreement.
