Summary

Resolution approving the First Amendment between the City, acting by and through Department of Disability and Aging Services, and Homebridge, Inc. for the provision of contract mode in-home supportive services, increasing the agreement amount by $118,800,000 for a new total not to exceed amount of $158,400,000, with no changes to the original term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029; effective upon approval of this Resolution; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Department of Disability and Aging Services to make necessary, non-material changes to the Amendment before its execution.
