Your office will need to review the contract and return the signed DocuSign along with a signed resolution, minute order, or other form of approval from the County governing board. All contracts must be signed and fully executed by June 30, 2026, otherwise the funding will be forfeited. Therefore, our office is requesting that all signed contracts and documentation be submitted to our office no later than May 1, 2026, to provide ample time for review before execution.
