Approve a Resolution declaring furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) from the Chinatown Navigation Center (CNC), as identified in Exhibit A to the Resolution, as surplus; authorizing the disposition of such property to Community Homeless Solutions at no cost without public auction or advertisement for bids; and authorizing the disposal of any remaining FF&E not transferred.
