A motion was made by Councilmember Painter, seconded by Vice Mayor DeNatale, to accept the 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress Report (“APR”) and authorize Staff to file the report with the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI), formerly known as the Office of Planning and Research (OPR). The motion carried by the following vote:
