Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2019-044 for a Creek and Watershed Management Plan with Dudek

Recommendation A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2019-044 with Dudek to prepare a Creek and Watershed Management Plan (CWMP) revising the scope of work to add a Wildlife Corridor and Riparian Bird Habitat Study and increasing the contract amount by $60,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $335,000. B. Authorize an additional appropriation of $60,000 from the General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to Advance Planning Account #101-5-4300-500.
